Small Self Storage Units come in sizes such as 5x5, 5x10, and up to 5x15, catering to various storage needs. For those needing more space, the 10x15 unit, which is about the size of a small one-car garage, can comfortably accommodate the contents of three bedrooms or a medium-sized apartment.
Large Self Storage Units

Do I need Insurance?
Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Is Month to Month Leasing Offered?
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
What documents do I need to reserve a storage unit?
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.
Is There Anything I Can't Store?
Certain items cannot be stored in your storage unit at ANY time. Here is the following list of things:
- Perishables
- Food Items, including canned/sealed goods – even water bottles
- Animals
- Stolen Property
- Hazardous or Flammable Materials
- Drugs
- Explosives/Firearms/Ammunition
- Unregistered Vehicles
- People/Yourself, i.e., seeking shelter from a storage unit
- Anything Illegal
How can I pay my rent each month for my storage unit?
We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, check, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

We recently moved from Extra Space Storage to this storage unit that was closer to our house and less expensive. Staff was very friendly. Storage unit is exactly as advertised. Car gate protects against arbitrary cars entering. Building has a mechanical lock and lighting with timers. Interior units are climate controlled. I like that every unit is on the first floor with no elevator to worry about. Hopefully price will remain unchanged. One of the things I hated about Extra Space were their constant price for increases.

When Extra Space Storage jacked up our price for the forth time, we started hunting around for a new storage location. We found RightSpace very close to where we live. Setting up the reservation was easy and the day we arrived to sign the lease, the site manager John was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. He explained everything and then turned over the unit to us. We moved in the next day and everything worked exactly like it was explained.

There is the option of inside or outside.I can't see myself giving a 5 star to a storage facility. However this would be one that I would do it for. They have great staff and a great place to store your things. A person would never know the storage facility was even there.

I called and they got me in the same day with A 5X15 storage that has indoor heating and cooling with 2 months free. Just paid a service fee and insurance for $40 upfront. I also didn’t even have to make contact with anyone. Everything was done electronically and they sent me directions to my storage along with the passcodes for everything right to my email. I called RightSpace and the lady on the phone was able to set me up with a unit quickly and provide me great savings. When I went to my location, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My unit was clean and I felt my items were safe. Have a storage unit here and am very happy with it. They are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and usually answer the phone when you call if not are great at giving you a call back and answering any questions that I have . They have all types of storages inside climate control. Regular inside and pull up storages. The place is pretty secure because that have a limo service that uses the facility and is there at random times, but don't worry about them getting into your way. I haven't had that problem. Usually they are there once the gate is closed

The prices are not bad, but the sizes of the units are smaller than advertised. They have a disclaimer saying they are approximate sizes, but it can be more than a foot per wall. They also close earlier than the other storage places I have used.

Stopped here to use the postal services to send a package, because they were open later than the post office (5:30). The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She helped me choose the least expensive shipping method that met my time line. There was no line. It was very clean. I was skeptical about a postal center in a storage facility (what?!) but pleasantly surprised and will use them again.
