It surprises me to read Em K’s review. To me, what she is saying sounds very strange. I have been a customer of Hermosa Cosmetic Center for over a year. None of what she describes has been part of my experience during my visits. When I come to the Center I am always greeted at the front desk by the business manager. Her name is Mercy. She is very nice, goes out of her way to ask questions about you and genuinely cares about the patients. Basically goes way above and beyond what is required of her to make the experience of the patient as pleasant as possible.

Doll Revoution

I had an amazing calming facial by Grace. My skin was so dry and patchy but Grace helped take care of that and recomend a great I-image product to prevent it from happening again. I will be returning for another facial soon.
